Every time you practice, you learn more. Poor old tree. We need dark in order to show light. Talk to trees, look at the birds. Whatever it takes. The only prerequisite is that it makes you happy. If it makes you happy then it's good. We want to use a lot pressure while using no pressure at all.

Let your heart take you to wherever you want to be. If you didn't have baby clouds, you wouldn't have big clouds. You can work and carry-on and put lots of little happy things in here. We have all at one time or another mixed some mud. Let's just drop a little Evergreen right here.
It's cold, but it's beautiful. That's what makes life fun. That you can make these decisions. That you can create the world that you want. Any little thing can be your friend if you let it be. A little happy sunlight shining through there. It's so important to do something every day that will make you happy.
